The refund situation we support:
1. The jerseys in the order have not started to be made, usually within 12 hours after the order is placed.
2. There are quality problems with the jerseys we made.
Unsupported refund situations:
1. The jerseys for the order have already started production. Custom - made jerseys cannot be resold, so these cannot be refunded.
2. When we send you the QC pictures, if you think there is a problem with the jersey, please contact our customer service within 12 hours. If you exceed this time, we will assume that you are satisfied with the product and will ship it for you. After the product is shipped, refund applications will not be supported (except in case of quality issues after receiving the goods).
Refund Process:
1. Paid via Credit / Visa card : Please contact our customer service to verify the situation. Then we will apply for a refund for you. Generally, the refund will be credited to your account within 1 - 2 working days.
2. Paid via Paypal: Our PayPal channel does not support refund applications on PayPal orders. You need to contact our customer service, and then we will transfer the money to you via PayPal.
